Housing
Transitional Housing Program
EligibilityPriority for services will be given to those who meet the following criteria:

Emergency Lodge provides each person with a bed, linens, clothes storage, and three meals each day. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist those who have experienced a crisis leading to homelessness. This is a 30 day program with extension stays available.

The Salvation Army Evening Food Pantry is available without an appointment every first, second and third Wednesday of the month from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.
Clients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 11:45am, then again between 1:00pm and 3:45pm.

Please bring a photo ID, proof of residence and provide verification for each person listed in the home. Acceptable documents include: Wisconsin Immunization record, report cards, birth certificates, passports, medical, insurance or library cards, driver’s license or state/military/tribal I.D.s.
Health care
The Salvation Army Health Care Clinic provides medical, dental, and optometric care to Sheboygan County residents. It is staffed by area medical care givers, nursing staff, and support personnel who volunteer their time and services.

Incidential Services
Pet food vouchers, hygiene items, diapers and formula are available to clients once a month. An initial intake assessment with the general needs case worker should be completed prior to accessing this service.
Emmaus Meal
Emmaus Meals are hot meals served by local churches and volunteer groups. They are free and open to the public between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. every Saturday at The Salvation Army Community Corps Center in the lower level. Come for fellowship and nourishment.

- Individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Documented or suspected mental health or AODA issue
